Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button or using SewaYou ("Application").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The below items are prohibited on SewaYou.

1. Discussions regarding religion, political problems or subjects that are controversial in other countries. (SewaYou's goal is to provide a site that allows for mutual language education and exchange and such discussion topics are inappropriate.)

2. Items that violate laws or that incite, promote or solicit illegal activities.

3. Items that interfere with other users access or enjoyment of our service.

4. Items that interfere with the running of the site or the network.

5. Items that violate other users reputations, beliefs, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights or any other rights.

6. Items that libel, threaten, harass cause economic or mental harm, or in any way give disadvantage to another user.

7. Posting any expressions that express or imply discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender or age.

8. Posting any items containing pornography, nudity, obscenity, images of violence, or any other picture, word, etc... that could be deemed offensive by an average user.

9. Mailing or posting false and untrue information or deleting appropriate information.

10. Items advertising commercial products, propaganda or any other activities for the purpose of solicitation.

11. Items in which you claim to be someone else, a company or organization of which you are not a representative, or in any way falsify your connection or relationship to another person or organization.

12. Items that gather other users’ personal data.

13. Acts regarding entries that affect the service, such as copying, reproducing, uploading, disseminating or distributing company information without permission.

14. Any other items contrary to public order and common sense or that we deem to be inappropriate.

15. Editing or commenting on another users or group entries in bad faith.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, we reserve the right to take the appropriate action including expulsion from SewaYou and billing for damages.

To access additional app features and services, you can buy a membership package (SewaYou Pro). When you confirm your purchase for any mobile subscription, your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account will be charged for the amount. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current membership, your subscription will renew on its own without your intervention. This is due to the possibility of a renewal charge being applied to your account 24 hours before the end of your current membership period. By logging into your iTunes or Google account settings, you may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal. While you cannot cancel your current subscription while it is still active, you can always opt out of automatic renewal.

Even if they expire or are stopped, subscription purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to alter both the purchase price and the features offered with Subscriptions at any time. We retain the right to impose an expiration date on Subscriptions and to stop providing them at any moment. A subscription cannot be exchanged for any cash value or amount of money. You will forfeit all unused Subscription time if you delete your account or if your account is canceled for any reason, without a refund or other form of payment.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SewaYou.

SewaYou has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SewaYou shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
